The Heber-Overgaard Unified School District governing board approved the consent agenda on Jan. 13, which included minutes from Dec. 9, 2025, auxiliary and student accounts, payroll and expense vouchers for December 2025, and a list of personnel actions.
Payroll vouchers presented included Voucher #13 for $171,561.70 and Voucher #14 for $168,129.33. Expense vouchers listed were 9022 ($19,416.23), 9023 ($13,522.94), 9024 ($87,013.42) and 9025 ($14,521.13). Personnel items recorded under the consent agenda included new hires, reassignments, resignations, substitutes and a volunteer for athletics.
Tim Leedy recused himself from consideration of a sole-source vendor due to a conflict of interest. In a separate motion, the board approved School Webmasters as a sole-source vendor; that motion passed unanimously.
Motions to approve the consent agenda and to approve the sole-source vendor were moved and seconded by board members (Mrs. Weber moved to approve the consent agenda; Mrs. Hall seconded). The minutes record unanimous passage where recorded and a separate unanimous vote approving School Webmasters.
