John Piva nominated Leedy for president; Pattie Weber seconded the nomination. Craig Blackburn nominated Hall for vice president; Weber seconded. Both nominations were approved unanimously by the board.
The votes conclude the board’s annual officer selection for 2026. The board did not record any dissents or roll-call breakdowns beyond noting unanimous approval. The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. and adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
