"As of now, the City has a total of 19 violations that carries a fine of $22,000 stemming back 6 years during the prior Director employment," Harper said, according to the meeting minutes. He said he met with the Facility Protection Unit and a representative for Harp & Associates to dispute the violations and answer questions; Harper said they expect to hear in a few weeks what the fine will be.
