Bayside committee approves minutes, a henhouse and two aluminum fences

Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin moved to approve and Committee Member Jeffrey Harrington seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
8541 North Pelham Parkway (Dawn Redmond): Property owner Dawn Redmond described replacing a wood fence with 239 lineal feet of 5-foot-high black aluminum fence and one gate slightly larger than the current gate in the same location. Committee Member Dan Zitzer moved to approve and Committee Member Marisa Roberts seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
9076 North Meadowlark Lane (Kaitlyn Lewis; contractor Jeff Jarozewski): Contractor Jeff Jarozewski said the proposed 223 lineal feet of four-foot-high black aluminum fence will be located inside the shrub line with space behind the fence for shrub maintenance. Chair John Krampf moved to approve and Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
