The board affirmed Brad Pflum of LTL Consultants as the Township Building Codes & Zoning Officer and authorized execution of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry notification of change in building-code official. The action was made by motion and recorded as approved.
The board accepted the resignation of Nicole Miller as the township representative to the Brandywine Community Library. Supervisors also authorized LTL Consultants to begin the process of issuing a physical address for a parcel owned by the Alburtis Rod & Gun Club (parcel ending in 1123) at the township’s direction.
