The Silver Creek Township Board of Planning and Zoning on Aug. 5, 2025, approved its agenda and the July 1, 2025 meeting minutes and then approved a transfer of one section of parcel identification (PID) as presented for Rodney Hebrink.
Ryan Nelson moved to approve the meeting agenda and Andy Christensen seconded; the minutes record the motion as carried 8-0. Mark Egge moved to approve the July 1, 2025 minutes, seconded by Ryan Nelson; the motion carried 8-0. Later in New Business, Mark Egge moved and Brandon Geyen seconded a motion to approve the transfer of one section of PID per an application from Rodney Hebrink; that motion carried 8-0.
Under the Martie Pit/Knife River item, Luci Snowden appeared on behalf of Knife River and provided contact information; the minutes note that her contact information was saved in the township office and passed to a neighbor. No vote or further action on that item is recorded in these minutes.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Brandon Geyen, seconded by Mark Egge; the minutes record the adjournment carried 8-0.
