The Board then approved payment of Drainage Authority invoices, moved by Commissioner Loy Woelber and seconded by Commissioner Roger Zins. The Rinke Noonan line items included multiple entries (for example: JD 27 at $2,362.50 and various redetermination-of-benefits and partial-abandonment charges). The total approved for ditch bills was $3,594.00. Copies of invoices and petitions were available to Board members at the meeting.
