The Village of Bayside Board of Trustees on Sept. 11 approved a six‑year Assessment Services Contract with Accurate Appraisal, LLC that continues annual full‑market assessments and accepted routine financial items.
Trustee Mike Barth provided an overview of the Assessment Services Contract; the Finance and Administration Committee recommended continuing annual full‑market assessments, which the contract reflects. Trustee Kelly Marrazza moved to accept the contract and Trustee Margaret Zitzer seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The board also approved the consent agenda, which included the Board’s July 24, 2025 meeting minutes, July and August 2025 financial statements, a summary of disbursements, and a Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) Clean Sweep Household Hazardous Waste grant award of $3,967.48. The consent agenda motion passed unanimously.
No additional action or amendments to the assessment contract were recorded during the meeting.
