Silver Creek board suspends enforcement of Driveway Ordinance 2015-08-18 while ordinance is rewritten

Board members said the ordinance and the driveway permit were in conflict and that the ordinance should be redrafted before being reposted. The suspension is administrative: the board directed that the existing driveway permit remain in use without fees until a revised ordinance is prepared and approved at a future meeting.
The board did not set a date for completing the rewrite; the ordinance was removed from the website pending revision.
