Bayside board adopts consent agenda including budget amendment, police bond schedule update and IT services agreement

Items approved under the consent agenda included the Board of Trustees meeting minutes for Jan. 13, 2026; the January 2026 financial statement; a summary of disbursements; Resolution 26-07, "A Resolution to Amend the 2026 Budget"; Resolution 26-08, "A Resolution to Amend the Police Department Bond Schedule"; and designation of Trick-or-Treat hours for Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026 from 1–4 p.m. The board also approved an Information Technology Services Agreement with the Village of Shorewood and accepted the 2025 North Shore Fire Department Annual Report, the 2025 Police Department Annual Report and the 2025 Communications Center Annual Report.
Trustee Margaret Zitzer moved approval; Trustee Kavin Tedamrongwanish seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The meeting minutes do not state dollar amounts or specific line-item changes associated with Resolution 26-07 or detail the changes made under Resolution 26-08. The IT agreement partner was named as the Village of Shorewood; the minutes record approval but do not include contract value or term.
