Village Attorney Chris Jaekels reported that the "No Bayside TID" case is now in the court of appeals and that briefs are due Jan. 23, 2026. Trustee Bob Rudman moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:18 p.m.; Trustee Margaret Zitzer seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
