MSD of New Durham Township elects finance officers and approves investment report

The MSD of New Durham Township School Board’s Board of Finance elected Mark Parkman president and Lynn Wilson secretary and approved the district’s Investment Report during a brief session on Jan. 14, 2026.
Board Vice President Karen Jedrysek called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. The board then recorded the election results for officers of the Board of Finance: Mark Parkman was listed as President of Finance and Lynn Wilson as Secretary of Finance. Board member Wayne Hodge moved to approve the election; Lynn Wilson seconded, and the motion carried.
Vice President Karen Jedrysek then moved to approve the Investment Report "as presented." Lynn Wilson seconded the motion and it was carried by the board. The minutes state that the board reviewed the Investment Policy and the financial condition of the school corporation but that no action was needed on either item.
The meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. The minutes list the next regular meeting for Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Media Center.
