Skyline Cooperative: letters not sent to noncompliant residents; mayor seeks lighting clarification

Janet Nelson, representing the Skyline Cooperative, told the City Council on Sept. 9 that the Cooperative has not sent letters to residents deemed out of compliance with the Cooperative’s amendments.
Nelson said Kristi Powers made a payment toward a dumpster in Vetter Park after spring flooding. When Mayor Paige Attarian asked for clarification on exterior lighting rules for homes, Nelson said she had not found supporting documentation in the Cooperative amendments and offered to provide relevant documents for the mayor to review. "I have not found supporting documentation within the Cooperative amendments," Nelson said.
Charlie Berg suggested the county may hold additional records related to tiling near homes in the city; Nelson said she could share the documents she has. The council did not take formal action on Cooperative enforcement or lighting standards at the meeting.
