Broken Bow City Council approves consent agenda, meets in closed session on potential litigation

Councilman David Schmidt moved and Councilman Paul Holland seconded to excuse the absences of Myers and Baltz; the motion carried on a roll call showing Schmidt and Holland voting aye. The council then approved the consent agenda, which included approval of the Feb. 14, 2023 minutes and a list of vendor payments and payroll totaling $276,145.90. The roll call for the consent agenda recorded Schmidt and Holland voting aye and no nays.

The council exited the closed session at 12:41 P.M. by recorded motion and vote, and adjourned the meeting at 12:42 P.M. The minutes were signed by Mayor Rod Sonnichsen and City Treasurer Megan N.
