MSD of New Durham Township board elects officers, appoints attorney and shifts 2026 meeting schedule

The board also considered and approved an appointment for legal counsel. The minutes record a recommendation to approve William Kaminski of the law firm Newby Lewis Kaminski and Jones as board attorney. Wayne Hodge moved to approve the appointment and Karen Jedrysek seconded; the minutes record that the motion carried.
The board voted to change its regular 2026 meeting schedule to the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Mrs. Jedrysek moved to adopt the proposed meeting dates and times; Mr. Hodge seconded and the motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 6:09 p.m.; the minutes list the next regular meeting as Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Media Center.
