Board approves developer agreement and multiple stormwater maintenance pacts for Meadowbrook/Coldwater Creek site

Waukesha City—s Board of Public Works on Jan. 22 approved a developer agreement between the city and Tucker Properties for the Lily Rose Road senior-living facility and separately approved multiple stormwater maintenance practice agreements tied to the same site.
City staff said the project parcels lie west of Meadowbrook Road and north of Coldwater Creek. Staff explained each lot will have a separate stormwater-practice agreement to ensure future owners perform required maintenance and repairs and comply with city stormwater standards.
A committee member moved to accept the developer agreement and subsequent motions recorded the approvals of the separate lot agreements. The board voted by voice and carried the motions.
The agreements are intended to document responsibilities for stormwater facilities once lots are conveyed to private owners; staff offered to answer follow-up technical questions outside the meeting if needed.
