Authority sets unsafe-building matter at 300 West Old Bridge Road over to April 15

The staff member said Mr. Cox had submitted the necessary paperwork for a public hearing to the planning commission.
The Chair moved to set the unsafe-building matter over to the authority’s April 15 meeting to allow the planning-commission process to proceed; the motion was seconded and approved.
Next steps: the authority will revisit the unsafe-building order at its April 15 meeting, after the planning commission has considered the one-lot subdivision application.
