Airport Authority elects leadership and schedules meetings through January 2026

Glen Willard moved to nominate Trip Addison for chairman; Eric Rice seconded the motion and the nomination "carried." Chris Lovell moved to nominate Glen Willard for secretary/treasurer; Marvin Daniel seconded and that nomination also carried. The motions were recorded in the minutes as carried by all members present.
The board set two additional meeting dates through January 2026 — Oct. 20 and Dec. 15 — and identified Mondays at 3:30 p.m. as the preferred meeting day to align with city and county schedules. Meetings will be held at Richmond Hill City Hall, 40 Richard Davis Drive. The authority also invited public engagement and provided the email airport@bryancountyga.gov for comments.
