Boswell schedules community outreach and notes $1,000 donation to local veterans program

He said the department will hold a second “Coffee with a Cop” at the Community Center on Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. Marquess also marked his one-year anniversary with the town on Sept. 11.
Under new business, the council announced town Trick-or-Treat hours for Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. During patron comments, Christina Loveless of Restoring Hope for Veteran’s said the town provided a $1,000 donation to support the establishment of a local veterans program.
