Boswell council adopts 2025 budget, approves pavement re-analysis and contract renewals

Clerk-Treasurer Tracy Wortley said the budget hearing had been held the prior month with no public questions or concerns, and the council moved to adopt and sign the 2025 budget. "The hearing was last month with no questions or concerns," Wortley stated during the meeting. Councilman Jake Foster moved to adopt and sign the budget; Council President Mike Brody seconded the motion and documents were signed.
Dave Buck, representing engineering firm BF&S, presented the town's 2024 Pavement Re-Analysis Contract and said the PASER assessment must be signed to continue eligibility for CCMG grants. The council voted to accept and sign the contract after Foster moved and Brody seconded. The council also motioned and approved renewal of the Balance Center contract, with Foster moving and Brody seconding.
