Chairman James Dayton presided over the workshop, which began at 6:07 p.m. Vice-Chair Larry Farmer and board members Scott Ramsdell, Wendy Gallant and Cameron Fernald were present. CEO Jim Fahey and Town Clerk Kristen MacDonald attended as staff. The minutes record that no members of the public were present for the workshop.
The board’s action at the workshop was procedural: members reviewed the ordinance language and agreed to forward the final draft to the Board of Selectmen so the selectmen can set a public hearing and determine whether the ordinance will be placed before voters at the June Town Meeting. The minutes do not record a formal roll-call vote, mover or seconder for that decision.
