Doug, a planning staff member, presented final plans for a 63‑unit, three‑story multifamily building at 2310 Fox Run Boulevard (Lot 4) within the Fox Run mixed‑use PUD. The proposal follows the center’s existing architectural language and includes underground parking with about 65 spaces, surface parking ties to existing development, and on‑site amenities such as a fitness center and lounge available to residents.
The unit mix described by staff included approximately 25 studio units, 18 one‑bedroom units (four with a den), 17 two‑bedroom units and three three‑bedroom units. Staff said the site layout, landscaping and elevations responded to the surrounding mixed‑use context, and that the city would require department comments to be addressed prior to permits.
A commissioner called the elevations “a breath of fresh air” compared with other recent housing proposals; the commission voted unanimously to approve the final site plan and architectural review subject to standard staff comments.
