Nelson then moved, seconded by Riederer, to nominate Christopher Steffe for vice-chair; that motion also carried. The minutes record both officer elections as carried by the full board.
The board subsequently considered and approved updated Rules of Procedure on a motion by Mark Nelson, seconded by Monica Riederer. The minutes record the motion as carried 3-0, formally adopting the updated procedures.
The board approved the September 15, 2022 minutes earlier in the meeting; Mark Nelson abstained from that vote because he was not a member of the board in 2022. The meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
