MPIC aims to scope townwide buildings assessment and develop RFP for 2027 warrant article

Chair John Shaw said he will work with the School Board and Select Board to try to organize a working meeting to establish a coordinated plan. MPIC set a 2026 goal to develop an RFP and to establish a proposed budget so the study could be included as a 2027 warrant article if approved.
Kim Reed will contact one or more firms for cost estimates to inform the RFP and MPIC members and staff will begin gathering potential source documents about town buildings that could be used in the RFP process.
