The Saint Peter Public Schools Board voted Nov. 19 to approve payment of $4,720,921.61 in bills and wire transfers for October 2025 and to adopt a broad consent agenda that records multiple personnel changes.
Board Chair Charlie Potts called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. and the consent motion was moved by Ken Rossow and seconded by Rita Rassbach; the motion carried unanimously. The consent agenda approved the minutes of Oct. 15 and Nov. 13, 2025; the October bills and wire transfers totaling $4,720,921.61; and a list of personnel items including resignations, transfers, and hirings. The minutes and consent documents list the acceptance of resignations (Carol Metzler; Dmytro Hupalo; Kaylen Haack; Lisa Orback), a coaching resignation (Bre Landsteiner), several transfers (Joseph Delacruz; Jean Baca; Debra Weber) and new hires (including Danielle Nelson, Jared Anderberg, Evan Ryan, Sarah Cummings, Bethany Valentini, Karla Johnson, Beatriz Villarreal, Shannon Ziegler) as approved.
The consent agenda also approved hiring of coaches and event/activity workers and granted FMLA leave requests for multiple employees (Kari Malz, Bre Landsteiner, Regina Sirianni, Erica Walter). The board did not add conditions to the approvals as recorded in the meeting minutes.
The board adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
