Graff told board members the Mend the Middle Project “remains on schedule and within budget” and described the goals as aligned with last year’s strategic plan and current district priorities. He reminded the board that the district’s mission is to “inspire a passion for learning that enables all individuals to reach their highest potential,” and asked for the board’s support as staff move into future strategic-planning work.
Board members did not take formal action on the goals at the study session. Graff’s update served as an information item and a status check on initiatives staff will continue to implement and report on in future meetings.
