Saint Peter board approves broad consent agenda including multiple retirements, resignations and hires

The Saint Peter Public Schools Board unanimously approved a consent agenda that included approval of minutes from Nov. 19 and Dec. 3, bills and wire transfers totaling $3,564,370.78, and an extensive set of personnel actions.
Personnel actions recorded in the consent agenda included acceptance of retirements (Cheryl Weisgerber; Shannon Burg-O’Keefe); acceptances of resignations (Signe Jeremiason; Nora Fredrick; Aidan Sindelir; Korrina Haack; Eric Thiese; Desirae Rokosz); termination of Ashley Pope; multiple transfers (including Jonathan Smith, Micah Gilbertson, Evan Ryan, Jessica Vogt, Nikki McClintock, Alena Webster); hires (including Will Fischenich, Liliana Prunty, Abigail Flowers, Timothy Culuris, Vivian Hendrickson, Mia Trifeilette-Simons, Sarah Sullivan, Eric Thiese, Jennifer Steele); a change in rate of pay for Micah Gilbertson; approval of FMLA leave for Jordyn Jarr; extension of Jacqueline Molitor’s long-term substitute assignment; and approvals for overload pay and quarterly overload assignments at the elementary schools.
The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Ken Rossow and seconded by Kate Martens and carried unanimously. Because these items were handled on the consent agenda, individual personnel details were not debated at length during the meeting.
