The board also received notice from County Auditor Michelle Skav of the appointment of Dave Hogland to fill a vacant Anthon city council seat after Connie Westfall became mayor.
Nelson moved approval of the consent agenda, Dietrich seconded, and the motion passed 5-0. No separate votes or requests to remove items from the consent agenda were recorded.
