Hidden Lake board to order new sign, solicits interest in secretary and highlights policy‑review outreach

At its March 10 meeting the Hidden Lake Association board made several governance decisions and set follow‑up tasks.
Guest Judy Baird said she is considering taking on the secretary responsibilities and attended to learn more about meeting duties. The board reviewed the planned April mailing and suggested edits; President Chris Vachon will finalize the mailing and set it up in Buildium. The board also reviewed the spring capital improvement plan and asked Vachon to finalize that plan in Buildium as well.
On signage, the board decided to proceed with ordering an association sign produced through the State Prison program, and Vachon will follow up to place the order. The board discussed a lack of response on a scheduled policy review and agreed to include a mention in the annual mailing to drum up more interest from members.
The meeting ended with the board scheduling its next meeting for April 14 at 6:30 p.m. and adjourning at 7:51 p.m. (motion moved by Chris Vachon; second by Marc Belland).
