Additional small balances were listed at SCU savings ($66) and checking ($45). The board also holds emergency certificates of deposit maturing at set dates totaling roughly $44,466 and donated funds including a playground CD of $2,941 and an Events Committee balance of $103.
Vachon said the association’s outstanding assessment balance is $36,000 (down from $37,200 last month), tied to nine lots. He said seven lots are aged more than one year and two are from the current year; five lots are on payment plans that together represent $23,000 of the balance. Vachon noted four other lots have special statuses (one pending probate, two in dispute and one late) and that he has followed up with the town administrator and assessor about two lots’ property‑tax status as of March 10.
During the meeting, the board approved the February minutes as written (motion by Mikki Falcone; second by Fred Pasler). The association did not record any formal votes on assessment policy or new collection actions at this session.
The board scheduled its next meeting for April 14 at 6:30 p.m. remotely via Google Meets.
