"Prop 301 was passed in November of 2000. Teachers have a chance to review each year and approve it before it comes before the public and the Board. There are two payouts each year, in December and June," he said.
The Proposition 301 program provides for teacher incentive payouts; Yost outlined the timing of those payments (December and June) and that teachers participate in the annual review and approval. No dollar amounts, allocation formulas, or eligibility criteria were specified during the presentation.
