Each contract would run from April 10, 2026, through April 9, 2031, and provide ongoing engineering services to the town.
Council materials state the engineering services are funded annually from the Town Budget’s Highway User Revenue Fund (HURF), the General Fund Community Development Department and Capital Projects. The agenda described the two awards as part of four recommended engineering services contracts resulting from the RFQ process.
