The School Board of ISD #36, Kelliher Public School District, approved the September Treasurer’s Report, payroll and district bills totaling $227,650.50 during its Oct. 10 regular meeting.
Board member Mary Thayer moved to approve the treasurer’s report and district bills; Jake Neft seconded the motion, which the minutes record as passing unanimously. Business Manager Aliza Lundin had presented the financial information and discussed state turnaround reports for the 2023–24 school year and notable year‑over‑year revenue shifts.
Under the consent agenda the board approved a resolution accepting donations to the district and accepted the resignation of Danette Gieser, Preschool Teacher at Kelliher Kids Childcare, effective Oct. 16, 2024. Mary Thayer moved and Tessa Koisti seconded approval of the consent agenda; the motion passed unanimously.
The board also set its next regular meeting for Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the School Media Center. No individual vote tallies for board members were recorded in the minutes beyond the notation that motions passed unanimously.
