Before the appointment the board approved the meeting agenda as written (motion by Joe Tassi, seconded by Crystal Robinson), accepted the minutes of March 11, 2025 (motion by Crystal Robinson, seconded by Joe Tassi), and approved Treasurer and Payroll Warrants Nos. 71, 72 and 73 (motion by Crystal Robinson, seconded by Joe Tassi). All motions passed unanimously, 3-0.
