The team approved its agenda and the consent agenda by unanimous vote. Kelly Koebel moved to approve the agenda and Billie White seconded; the consent agenda (which included the February 26, 2026 meeting minutes and the CSA Pool Reimbursement Report) passed on a separate unanimous motion.
During new and joint business the CPMT approved the submission of the 2026 CSA Services Gap Survey after a motion from Susanna Lawrence and seconded by Billie White. The team also approved CSA funding requests as presented; Billie White moved to approve the funding requests and Kelly Koebel seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Marcie Seay moved to remove Robin Martin as a DSS FAPT alternate; Kelly Koebel seconded and the motion carried. The removal was handled as a routine membership motion and no further comment is recorded in the meeting minutes.
The CPMT entered a closed session at 9:52 AM under Code of Virginia §2.2-3711(A)(15) to discuss case-specific matters. JR Powell motioned to go into closed session, Andrea Amos seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The team returned to open session at 10:21 AM; CSA Coordinator Robin Turner read the certification of the closed meeting and led a roll-call certification vote of those in attendance, which recorded affirmations from the listed members.
CSMT Chair Hiatt adjourned the meeting at 10:22 AM. The minutes were submitted by Casey Rotenberry, FAPT Coordinator. The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Henry-Martinsville Department of Social Services auditorium (the posted minutes contained a typographical error listing 2025; this has been corrected to 2026 in this report).
