Ocilla council appoints John Graham to downtown board and votes to advertise FY2023 budget

Councilwoman Claire Clayton-Stone moved to advertise the budget and Councilman Steven Hudson seconded. The council voted 4-1 to advertise, with Councilwoman Mona Paulk recorded as opposing the motion.
