The Glendo Town Council approved its agenda and several routine items at the Oct. 15 meeting. Councilmember Heather Schoning moved to approve the agenda; Councilmember Jeston Cundall seconded and the motion carried, the transcript records that "All in favor, motion carried." Similar motions carried to approve the Sept. 17 regular meeting minutes, the September 2025 treasurer's report and October 2025 claims.
