The chair reported that the meeting initially lacked a quorum but that arrival of Tracy later provided the necessary members. Chair Aaron Hood asked for approval of the July 25, 2025 minutes; a motion and a second were made and the chair said "motion is carried," approving the minutes as submitted.
Chris Biehn reported staffing changes in the Office of Court Services: Natalie left toward the end of 2025 and Laura Hausladen retired effective April 1; the office was down one position and plans to fill it. Members asked whether the office intended to recruit for the vacancy and were told yes.
At the close of the agenda, a motion to adjourn was moved and seconded and carried by voice; the chair declared the meeting adjourned.
