Motion to approve the consent agenda carried 5-0.
Park dedication: Administrator Hill presented a dedication for two parcels on South Reed Street; the council approved Resolution 2025R-006 to accept the gift and dedicate the lots for park purposes (Motion carried 5-0).
Subdivision restriction: City Attorney Jason Moran explained that a 1993 agreement preventing subdivision was outdated; the council approved Resolution 2025R-007 to terminate the restriction, enabling the property owner to pursue development (Motion carried 5-0).
Personnel and events: The HR Committee recommended approval of two new Emergency Management team members; the council approved the hires with Councilmember Scott Potter recorded as abstaining (vote recorded 4-0, Potter abstained). The council also set Clean-up Day for May 17, 2025, with costs charged to the 603 fund.
