Council tabled formal approval of the alternate hookup location until an easement drawing and a written legal description could be prepared.
The council’s action on the property sale directs staff to finalize necessary closing paperwork and to return to council with the easement document as soon as it is ready. The meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
