"Seven of the eight windows are already replaced now or repaired," the owner said, adding that one special-order window remained outstanding and roof repairs had been delayed by weather and contractor availability.
A tenant confirmed the recent window work but emphasized that roof leaks still caused problems in a hallway used by clients. Board members noted the owner had had time to address the issues and directed either a firm schedule or completion by the next board review. A motion to require the work be done within 30 days was made and seconded; the board instructed staff to monitor compliance and report back at the next meeting.
The board also offered to help connect the owner with local contractors to expedite repairs. Staff said it would follow up with the owner and confirm contractor arrangements and the timeline for finishing the roof work.
