Board approves Oracle Fusion renewal with DLT Solutions for up to $5.08 million

The action continues CapMetro’s use of Oracle-managed services for its ERP functions; Tancer said the work began under a one-year contract previously authorized by the board. No specific implementation milestones or performance guarantees beyond continued managed services were included in the board presentation.
The board’s vote was procedural and taken by voice; the chair indicated the vote was unanimous. The item was presented to the Finance, Audit & Administration committee on June 10 prior to the full-board vote.
