Arcade authorizes mayor to sign MOU and inmate housing contract with Jackson County Sheriff's Office

Separately, the council also authorized the mayor to sign the renewal of the Jackson County inmate housing and booking contract. That motion, again moved by Ron Smith and seconded by Cindy Bone, passed unanimously.
