Council members acknowledged the complaints and said they would review written documentation before addressing the matter in more depth. One council member said the city attorney had suggested exploring other management firms; staff reported outreach to additional companies for advice and indicated those responses would be provided before the next meeting.
No disciplinary or contractual action was taken at the Jan. 5 session; the council asked staff to collect the written statements and report back for more formal review at a later date.
