The board reached consensus to move the 2024 Pumpkin Decorating activity into the old public works garage rather than the shelter.
There was general agreement to approve the Reading in the Park budget immediately and to finalize remaining allocations by December. No formal motions to allocate the full $18,000 were recorded; specific spending decisions will return to the board later this year.
