At its June 24 meeting the Hanover Park Board approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from April 22 and May 27, 2025. The motions to approve the agenda (moved by Briana Rupenthal, seconded by Chair Brandhorst) and to approve the minutes (moved by Chair Brandhorst, seconded by Melissa Sullivan) were both recorded as carried unanimously in the minutes.
City Clerk/Assistant to City Administrator Jenny Peterson reported maintenance updates: the berm at Bridges Park has been replanted and new wood chips were added to a playground, plans are progressing to redesign the Settlers Park Shelter, and contracts were received for the Pheasant Run Trail project. Board Member Laurel Prairie reported that a "reading in the park" program has started and that the first event was well attended by children and parents. Council Liaison Jim Zajicek gave a brief update on the CSAH 19 road project; the minutes do not include further detail on that project.
