The Statham City Council recorded several unanimous procedural votes during its Oct. 7 meeting at the Statham Community Center.
Councilmember Patterson moved to approve the Sept. 16 and Sept. 26, 2025 meeting minutes; Councilmember Terilli seconded and the motion passed 5-0. Later, the council voted unanimously to enter a public hearing on a distance waiver permit for Fajita Mex Grill at 1916 Railroad Street, and then to exit that hearing; the hearing record notes there were no public proponents or opponents. The council also approved a motion to adjourn the meeting by unanimous vote.
The minutes do not show any additional motions, ordinance adoptions, procurement awards, or final decisions on agenda items beyond those procedural actions.
