The Hanover Economic Development Authority approved its meeting agenda, the minutes from Aug. 21, 2025 and the accounts payable and financial reports at its Sept. 18 meeting.
Chair Sam Rudie called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. and the board recorded attendance. Jessica Johnson, acting as treasurer, reviewed EDA financial reports and stated all loan payments are current. A motion to approve the agenda was made by Jessica Johnson and seconded by Brian Dismang and was recorded as "all in favor." The minutes from Aug. 21, 2025 were recorded in the minutes as moved by Ted Zrust and seconded by Jessica Johnson; the recorded vote was 5‑0‑1 with Greg Zgutowicz abstaining because he had not attended the Aug. 21 meeting. (The minutes also list Ted Zrust as absent for the Sept. 18 meeting; the recorded motion text reflects the minutes as written.)
The board approved accounts payable and the financial reports on a motion by Todd Bartels and seconded by Jessica Johnson. During new business, Johnson reviewed invitations and RSVPs for an Oct. 6 EDA business social at Big Bore Barbecue; Chair Sam Rudie will send a follow‑up invitation email from the EDA chair. The board decided not to require a minimum number of RSVPs and agreed to proceed with the event regardless of final headcount. The meeting adjourned at 9:36 a.m.
