The Harmony Economic Development Authority approved meeting minutes and paid claims at its Oct. 3 meeting, including a $17,750 home rebate to a resident.
The board voted unanimously to approve the Sept. 5, 2024 minutes on a motion by Michael Himlie, seconded by Greg Schieber. Finance staff reported that all loans are current and that the previously approved RLF loan for Bee Balm is being processed by the bank and will appear on the loan ledger once posted.
Meghan Gill informed the board that Allan Dahl’s new-home project at 347 5th Ave SE met the EDA’s home rebate program requirements; the EDA had previously approved the rebate amount of $17,750 earlier in the year and authorized payment at this meeting. Michael Himlie moved to approve payment of the claims as presented, Stuart Morem seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously.
No additional financial changes or delinquent loans were reported.
