Hanska council approves routine consent items, facsimile signature resolution and posts pay equity compliance notice
Summary
During its regular meeting the council unanimously approved the meeting agenda, prior minutes, claims, Resolution 2025-5 (facsimile signatures) and noted that the Pay Equity Compliance notice is posted in City Hall.
The Hanska City Council handled routine business at its Feb. 11 meeting, approving the meeting agenda, the Jan. 16, 2025 minutes and the claims list by unanimous vote. Motions were made and seconded by council members with recorded unanimous yes votes.
Council also approved Resolution 2025-5 authorizing use of facsimile signatures for either the mayor or the City Clerk-Treasurer. The council noted that the Pay Equity Report approved on Jan. 16 was submitted and approved by Minnesota Management and Budget and that the Notice of Pay Equity Compliance is posted in City Hall.
The meeting adjourned after council approval of the remaining business.
